Please allow a 3–4 week window for production and shipping as we create your custom wall art. In most cases, your order will be ready within 2–3 weeks, and shipping time after that depends on your country.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Amsterdam, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.

For ceiling installations, we recommend using a maximum of 35 links per hanging system.

For wall-mounted installations, we advise a maximum of 25 links to ensure optimal stability and balance.

Yes. We offer hanging systems for both wall and ceiling installations, so you can choose the option that best fits your space.

Every ready-to-hang set is available with our Infinity Hook, designed for both wall and ceiling installations. You can also choose to purchase your set without the Infinity Hook and select one of our other hanging systems separately.

Screws and wall plugs are included, so you have everything you need to install your piece securely.
